Greetings to all! The start of a New Year is a traditional time to pause, reflect back, and look ahead. K Ventures has enjoyed an exciting and rewarding 2008, with many really fun trips shared with you, our faithful and appreciative customers. Together we sailed the seas and lakes, climbed mountains, experienced great entertainment, and enjoyed each other's company. Simply saying "Thank You All" doesn't seem like enough, yet there is no more sincere way of expressing our appreciation for your loyalty and friendship. So what does the New Year hold in store for us all? Times may be tough, we all have to watch our pennies and dollars. This is why K Ventures has not increased prices for the "bus transportation" part of upcoming trips- ticket and meal prices keep climbing, however. Keeping trips affordable for you is one of our main objectives for the coming year. The philosophy of Going there- doing that will continue to keep us searching for just the right combination of new activities and familiar favorites. Sorry to say, one of your very most familiar favorites, Beck's Grove, will offer their last show in March. Please look over the early season offerings presented here, and give us a call- we would love to hear from each of you. And again, Thank You for touring with K Ventures!

A Chorus Line

  Merry Go Round Playhouse, Auburn

In an empty theater, on a bare stage, casting for a new Broadway musical is almost complete. The field's been narrowed down to just 17 dancers- only 8 will reach their dream. For these men and women, the audition is the chance of a lifetime- to have a chance to dance and come through. But before the final cut is made, the director Zach asks each of them to talk about themselves. Zach wants more than just their resumes. He wants to know about families, friends, lovers, ambitions and careers. One by one, these 17 share with us the stories of their lives. And when they're done, so is the audition. And the final chorus of 8 dancers is chosen. Early evening meal at Abigail's, before the show, included. $89.00

Pickups 2:45-4:45 pm,  Dinner 5:00 pm, Show 7:30 pm, Returns after 11:00 pm
